If you’re planning to visit Gdynia Aquarium in the second half of August, please be aware that you may encounter traffic disruptions on weekends.
Saturday, 15 August – Polish Armed Forces Day and Naval Parade
We are open during our regular hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
However, on 14 and 15 August, it will not be possible to drive directly to the Aquarium by car or coach.
Saturday, 22 August – Concert Celebrating Gdynia’s 100th Anniversary
The Aquarium will have shorter opening hours and will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Access to the building will be limited. More information will be available soon.
Friday and Saturday, 28–29 August – Sunset Square Festival
We are open during our regular hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
A music festival will be taking place in the immediate vicinity of the Aquarium. Due to the nature of the event, it may be very loud around the building. Visitors who are sensitive to loud or intense sounds are advised to plan their visit for another day.
Traffic disruptions are also expected on these dates.
